Our minimum order quantity is 1 x 20ft container, approximately 18 MT for most commodities (cashew, cocoa, sesame). Partial loads may be considered for repeat buyers — contact us to discuss.
We quote FOB (Free on Board) as standard from origin ports. CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) pricing to any major port is also available. All pricing is provided within 24 hours of inquiry, no obligation.
Every shipment includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA). Third-party SGS inspection reports available on request.
Typical transit is 21–35 days from loading port depending on destination. We provide vessel name, container number, ETD and ETA at booking, plus proactive updates throughout transit.
Yes. Sample shipments of 1–5 kg are available for most commodities, sent via DHL/FedEx at buyer’s cost. Submit your request via the form above and we’ll dispatch within 5 business days.
Standard terms: 30% T/T advance + balance against copy BL, or 100% irrevocable LC at sight. Open account terms available for established buyers after a successful first shipment.
